Welcome to Shoreline Ujjwala Resort & Agro Tourism, Apati – Tapola. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • All general hospitality industry policies apply unless otherwise mentioned in your official Reservation Confirmation.

2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to Satara Jurisdiction only.


3. Parking & Personal Belongings

  • Parking facilities are available for guests.
  • The property is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings kept in the parking area.
  • Guests are requested to secure their vehicles and valuables appropriately.

4. Property Policies

  • The resort is not pet-friendly.
  • Groups consisting entirely of male guests are not permitted.
  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peaceful agro-tourism environment.

5. Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Rooms booked under Room + Breakfast rate plans are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
  • Bookings during High Season, Long Weekends, or Government Holidays are strictly non-refundable.
  • Bookings of more than 3 rooms are non-refundable.
  • In case of No Show without prior communication, the full booking amount will be charged.

Standard Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made before 7 days of check-in will not attract cancellation charges (except non-refundable plans).

Date Change Policy:

  • Any modification of booking dates requires cancellation of the existing booking.
  • Fresh booking will be subject to availability and applicable rates.

Guaranteed Reservation:

  • Guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 AM on the following day of arrival date.
  • After this, the booking will be treated as a No Show.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only to the same payment method used during booking (Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank Transfer / UPI / Payment Gateway).
  • Refund processing may take up to 14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shoreline Ujjwala Resort & Agro Tourism shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death arising from:

  • Unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances beyond reasonable control
  • Natural calamities (Act of God)
  • War, Riots, Fire, Flood, Storm, Earthquake
  • Government regulations, orders, or restrictions
  • Strikes, Lockouts, or similar events

The property shall not be considered in breach of agreement if services cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond its control.

8. Privacy Policy

Shoreline Ujjwala Resort & Agro Tourism respects your privacy.

Any personal information shared with us including:

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Address
  • Contact Number
  • Marital Status
  • Payment Details (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Bank Details)

will be treated as strictly confidential and used only for booking, communication, and legal purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share guest information with unauthorized third parties.
